Infrastructure Automation Engineer

I’m a Linux and DevOps professional with deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and cybersecurity. Currently working as a Technical Support Engineer at Canonical (the makers of Ubuntu Linux), I specialize in helping clients deploy, manage, and optimize systems across a wide range of environments—from traditional servers to complex cloud and containerized architectures. With a strong foundation in tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, LXD, MAAS, and Juju, I support customers in building robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions. I’m also passionate about solving complex operational challenges and streamlining workflows through automation. Beyond support, I’ve led the development of internal tools that simulate real-world customer environments, which have improved diagnostics, training, and system reliability company-wide. My contributions were recognized with a company-wide award by Canonical’s COO. I also contribute regularly to Ubuntu’s technical documentation and helped shape Canonical’s Ubuntu Essentials (CUE0.3) certification, ensuring it delivers real value for professionals managing Ubuntu-based systems. Muhammed Zahid Ayar

Senior Security Analyst

Muhammed Zahid Ayar is an accomplished cybersecurity expert with close to a decade of experience working with major U.S. corporations, after completing masters degree in Cyber security. He holds over 20 professional certifications, including the prestigious GIAC Security Expert (GSE) certification, recognized as one of the highest accolades in the cybersecurity field.

In addition to his cybersecurity expertise, Zahid has a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI), having pursued related coursework during both his undergraduate and graduate studies. He has actively applied his AI knowledge in various professional settings, presenting on AI topics at work, contributing to machine learning projects, and even developing Chrome extensions that integrate with the OpenAI API.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, As a father of one son he is passionate about giving back to his community. He volunteers his time for youth education and supports various non-profit organizations, focusing on community empowerment and tech education initiatives. Zahid enjoys traveling with family and friends.











Munshi Ashik Mahmud

Munshi Ashik Mahmud is a highly skilled professional with over a decade of experience in the ICT sector, specializing in cutting-edge technologies, business consulting, and creative solutions. As an integral part of Soft Innovation, USA, he brings a diverse portfolio of expertise spanning ICT, AI training, web development, digital marketing, and UI/UX design.

Starting his career in ICT in 2012, Munshi has worked across various domains, combining technical acumen with a deep understanding of business needs. He has a strong background in web solutions and e-commerce, offering clients tailored strategies to achieve their digital goals. Munshi also has extensive experience in preparing documentation for Expressions of Interest (EOI) and managing high-profile projects for government and private organizations.

Munshi is passionate about leveraging AI to solve business challenges and enhance educational outcomes. His role as an AI Trainer and Consultant reflects his commitment to empowering others to harness the power of emerging technologies.

Munshi’s creative side shines through his expertise in UI/UX design and digital marketing. From designing intuitive user interfaces to crafting impactful marketing campaigns, he has a proven track record of driving engagement and delivering results.

Karim is a CTO and Certified Cybersecurity Leader with 20 years of experience securing complex enterprises. Holding a robust portfolio of credentials – including CISA, CISM, CEH, and Cyber Diplomacy, among others – he specializes in governance-driven security, risk management, and offensive testing. Karim is dedicated to advancing cyber resilience by hardening critical infrastructure and training the next generation of security professionals.

Tasnif Rahman, PhD

Adviser

Tasnif Rahman developed a strong interest in science and animal life early on, focusing on natural sciences throughout high school. He earned his bachelor's degree in Microbiology from the University of South Florida, followed by a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Currently, he is a postdoctoral researcher, where he is responsible for computational modeling of biological systems. On a personal level, he aspires to become a global citizen, with a focus on intercultural collaboration and environmental conservation.

Currently he is working as Post Doctoral Researcher, University of Connecticut Health Center, Connecticut besides as advisor of Sustain Secure.











Salahuddin Ahmed

Salahuddin Ahmed developed more than two decade technical and analytical skills in the tech industry from ground up to Principal System Analyst, and VP of different organizations as Finance and investment, food and Commodities and achieved multiple industry professional certification. He not only contributed legacy platforms to cloud, analytical to coding, and manual to automation but also led and coached a team on shore and off-shore in multiple locations across the world.

Currently serving as a Probabilistic Design Research Engineer at GE Research, Ahmad’s contributions are redefining the boundaries of engineering and design.
